Capital Numbers wins the MSME Excellence Award 2022, which was bestowed upon us by the prestigious organization – The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCC&I). As a team, we feel honored with this recognition that speaks volumes about our outstanding business practices and enormous contributions to India’s MSME sector.

The MSME sector is the backbone of our country’s economy. Therefore, the Chamber shortlists and awards the best few MSMEs that showcase excellent performance and stand out every year. Capital Numbers is proud to be chosen as one of the top few MSMEs that genuinely made a difference with its invaluable contributions and initiatives.

This award says a lot about our business growth, competitiveness, good governance, product development, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We demonstrated best-in-class practices, despite disruptions and odds.

Over the past several months, we’ve successfully developed a home-built AI tool, ZipAlert.io, to monitor projects effectively. We’ve also created an HR automation tool, Skillsz.com, to streamline hiring. Plus, we’ve provided top-notch services in areas like Cloud and DevOps consulting, automation and manual testing, staff augmentation, and software development across industries. We’ve also introduced services in:

Currently, we have around 650+ software developers who are almost 85% of our engineering staff. Our 6-month paid training, offered to our engineers every year, has upskilled fresh talent. It has helped young developers learn to work individually and in a team.

Going forward, we plan to induct more young talent, invest in HRTech, and exceed a turnover of Rs 100 cr by FY 2023. The recent BCC&I award has served as a motivation for us to work smarter and aim higher.
